Interesting...

Todd and Ally are doing the "no sugar" thing. They started on the trip so I've been trying to find things they can eat. The rule is, if the ingredient is in the first 5, they can't eat it. It has been hard to find cereal, HV ranch dressing is off the list too. Yesterday I grilled bananas, placed a scoop of no sugar added fudge tracks ice cream and drizzled it with honey. Honey is allowed in their rules. Any other good no sugar sweet fixes?

That last comment was deleted from me Sorry! Witney was logged in on my Computer!
Anyway they can eat my Ranch dressing, It's NO SUGAR and its homeade! There are these Sugar free candy's i get at Wal Mart (russell stover) they are so good! Try Sugar free Ice cream with Sugar free Root beer for some Floats! mmmm they are so good!
Good luck Ally!!!!
My yummy smoothie is sugar free. 8 oz. vanilla yogurt; 6-7 frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana, or any other frozen fruit you like; Crystal Light mixed up to almost cover the fruit; 1 cup ice---it's so good! It satisfies my craving for ice cream most of the time!
I don't know about the no sugar thing. I try and buy things without high fructose corn syrup, and unsweetened drinks...good luck with that :0 I do know when I don't eat a lot of candy and sweets I don't crave it as much and feel fuller longer...eating more nuts ect. I have read that some of the artificial sweetners are just as bad for you because your body doesn't "get" it and uses or changes them into similar sugars...does that make sense? It's been awhile, but I just stay away from fake stuff. Way to go Todd and Ally.
