Now that I'm done having kids...

Ann Taylor LOFT maternity hopefully somebody will be looking cute.

Pete & Melissa and boys are here, the cousins are having so much fun playing outside. The weather has been perfect, I could sit on the deck all day. We had pancakes and bacon and watermelon for breakfast.

Here is a good recipe for pancakes:

Tender Sour Cream Pancakes
1 cup all-purpose flour (throw in some wheat germ or use wheat flour if you wish)

1 cup milk

1/2 cup light sour cream

1 large egg, slightly beaten

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; beat until well mixed.
Heat griddle to 350°F or until drops of water sizzle. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto greased griddle. Cook until bubbles form (2 to 3 minutes). Turn; continue cooking until light brown (1 to 2 minutes).
Makes 12 pancakes.
Variations:
Blueberry Pancakes: Gently stir 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries into batter.
Pecan Pancakes: Gently stir 1/3 cup chopped pecans into batter.
Banana-Nut Pancakes: Gently stir 1/2 cup (1 medium) mashed banana and 1/3 cup chopped walnuts into batter.

Thanks Shannon for having the boys and Ally over, they are loving that. Always a great time with Aunt Shashi. Thanks for the recommendation on the baseball camp at BYU too, they are having a fun time.
