We had a family bridal shower for Molly here yesterday complete with a yummy raspberry white chocolate cake(thanks Mom) from the same bakery that is doing her wedding cake, games (those were fun, Liz!) & catered food from Rumbi. This week Brynn had a preschool program, Brooklyn had a violin performance and a spelling bee. Brigham has been skateboarding down, Chase has been mowing the yard and playing basketball--practice, practice, practice, no games until January. Sophie has been chatting it up and Ally is planning a boy/girl Christmas party for her friends. Todd has been working away and I've been trying to hold it all together. And wrap presents. While we were having the girly shower, Chase and Brigham went to Castles and Coasters with a neighbor friend (ALL DAY) and Todd and my Dad and Pete went to lunch at Tia Rosas and Christmas shopping. Todd and I did a little shopping in the afternoon.
Jake & Kelly invited us to a restaurant grand opening of a new sushi restaurant, "RA". It is from the same company as Benihana. We tried out lobster spring rolls, sugarcane shrimp, sushi rolls, filet medalions, tuna belly, a yellow monkey roll, tempura veggies, new zealand roll, viva las vegas roll, calamari, seaweed salad with squid and more. Thanks Jake! They also gave us free alcoholic drink coupons, two each. Any takers? Leave me a comment if you are a drinker.
And we bought a lot to build a house on. Merry Christmas! It will take about year . The lot is just east two miles and south a half mile, so it isn't too far from where we are now. We have been interviewing builders and looking at their completed properties for ideas. Any homebuilding advice would be appreciated! Here are some photos of our lot. It is covered with citrus trees with some tasty grapefruit, oranges & lemons. Todd and I were laughing so hard taking these pictures. By the end of the "shoot" he could barely get off the ground.

I bet you are so excited about your new lot! You two are going to do a great job designing!
Those pictures are funny. I agree with mom, I probably would have starved at dinner. Glad you got a lot, we are going to have fun shopping for house decor :)
Congrats on your Christmas present. How exciting. It sounds like you guys have been as busy as I've felt lately!
Missing you...
Is your lot in Villa Tuscano?
Todd got some air on that jump. Congratulations on the lot purchase. Fun stuff.
