We had a fun day with the ward Christmas Party, girls' piano recital, Taylor twins 2nd birthday party, lunch with Shea & Heather, Christmas shopping, running errands and the neighborhood Christmas Party. Busy and productive, just how I like it. Sophie even slept through the party. I was expecting a call from the sitter mid-way through, but with all the running around she was ready for a good sleep in her crib.
The girls played beautifully in the recital. Good job!
I'm journaling this photo so I won't forget...This lady was a tour guide near the Rockefeller Center. She was showing us where
some famous sights were and I told her it was my daughter's birthday. She asked her name. "Brooklyn" I said. Then she said in her rapper voice, "Oh, Brooklyn's in the house, bum bum bum bum." Then proceeded to sing her Happy Birthday with the rap dance moves and all. It was very funny.
