I just got back from making 6 1/2 meals with my friend Colleen at Dream Dinners. Shannon had an introductory party last week which was fun so I thought I'd try it. I like it because you can see what is going into the meal, everything is all chopped up (even the onions!) and all the spoons and scoops are right there in the item, ready to go. I tried 3 sample dishes and they were just okay so I didn't think I'd go back. Then they let us make the sample dinner to take home and it was 5 minutes or less. That's what sold me. So, we made: honey pecan pork roast with apple cranberry sauce, Sante Fe pork wraps, Dream Dinner brunch: potatoes, ham, caramel rolls and eggs, Herb pork chops with mashed potatoes and gravy, artichoke chicken with lemon and capers and red peppers, flank steak with caramelized onions, and sirloin steaks with red pepper herb butter. It sounds like that lean cuisine commercial! We might sign up again if these meals taste good and take the girls.
Two parties Friday+ three on Saturday+ Todd out of town=a good laugh for somebody!
Happy Friday!

Oh Jane! You will love the Sante Fe Pork wraps, I made 2 of them, they were so delicious! Isn't that so great to have a few of those dinners in your Freezer!
Nice for those times when planning dinner hurts your head! Do you know the time for the cousin party tomorrow?
My friends sisters own those! I've always wondered what it's like! Sounds fun!
