The older kids are so busy I can't get a photo but here are the younger four. Todd's off to California again, gets home tomorrow late.I was in the kitchen tonight and there was a pink light on our fridge. I looked outside and the sun was a hot pink color. I tried to capture it but the photo doesn't do it justice.
I made a good salad tonight...spinich, blue cheese, oranges, red onion, toasted almonds and a citrus cilantro dressing. Orange juice, honey, salt, cilantro and olive oil. I'll have to make it again before I forget the recipe!
Summer is plugging along. I'm getting to read once in a while, use fresh fruit and vegetables in my recipes and see the kids play into the night. Occasionally I get to the pool to work on a tan. Not bad all in all.
