We found our FIRST INDOOR SCORPION of the season, in the entryway.
I missed my 5K personal best time today by 2 SECONDS. I walked for a few steps in the last 100 m. I know, weak...
Only because I did 50 blasted TRAVELING LUNGES with 30 LBS of weight in my hands yesterday. My legs are SORE.
And my RIDE cost $94.35 to fill up-even at Costco. I felt like driving home and parking it. So I did. We had a rousing game of SCRABBLE, until Sophie discovered the cool Michael Graves letter tiles on the shiny metal board and mixed up all our words. Dad would have won. He's a word nerd. Liz quit and everybody was running about half after that until we diminished completely. She's the one that wanted to play, too. She said there was too much thinking involved. And for a Friday night, there was. We went to check out Beehive Property's new office and then stopped by for salad and wings for the kiddos.

fun times...have you ever played speed scrabble? It's very fun since I don't have the patience for real scrabble. Shea always wins though.
The whole gas thing is killing me! I think twice before I go anywhere now. YUCK. I love scrabble, it would be fun to have game night with you guys, and eat a bunch of treats! Good luck today on your lesson, I'll be thinking of you :)Church starts for me at 9, so at least I get it over with soon.

It cost me $110.00 to fill up the suburban when the gas was 347. Now it's 3.80! I hate scorps!
