I went to lunch with 12 friends for 4 of my friends' birthdays today. We ate at The Farm at South Mountain.
It was the perfect day to eat outside on picnic tables under pecan trees. This weather won't last forever and one of the girls mentioned "last night was the last 'cool' night until next fall." We'll see. I'll have to get the recipe from my friend who made cake for the lunch--it had fresh berries, toasted almonds, orange marmelade and cream cheese frosting. The cake part wasn't bad either. Speaking of cake, you may have seen mentioned around the blogging world, posts about Nothing Bundt Cakes, I think I saw it on this blog first (thanks Natalie!), anyhow, I spotted this bakery by accident so I had to go get a couple. Hey, Todd's been out of town and I needed that cake! All the kids had a bite too, don't want two full bundt cakes riding on my hips.

Cute new title montage! I love the cheerleading picture of the girls in the bottom left corner! We should be enjoying 70s this next week. It will be a welcome and enjoyed change for our spring break!
Wow, you guys are heating right up! Oo, Nothing Bunt Cakes is soo good. They have one in Vegas by where I used to live and they are tastey!
We had snow again this morning, but we're hoping tomorrow is warmer! The cakes look Yum!
