Merry Christmas!

We had a nice party last night at Grama Beeson's house, complete with all the traditions. All seven siblings, spouses and cousins were there, plus Molly's fiance. Lasagna, rolls, salad, peppermint ice cream with hot fudge sauce, Robinson's famous cheese ball, cornflake wreath cookies, peanut clusters and chow mien noodle cookies were present as well. Melissa brought a fancy snowman cake too. We sang carols, Santa came and Grandpa read from Luke. Next we exchanged sibling/cousin gifts. It gets pretty wild and crazy, that's tradition too. Then on to our house. The kids opened up a few gifts, Grama and Grandpa, Liz and Molly came to sleep over. This morning, Brigham and Brooke came to get us. We heard various hoops and hollers, and cooked a breakfast: hash browns, bacon, eggs, sour cream pancakes and blueberry syrup. Now we are just winding down a bit, cleaning up the boxes and paper and ribbon. Sophie is ready for a nap. Riding with Brynn in the Barbie Jeep was a little too much this morning. Brynn is jamming with her barbie guitar and Hannah Montana microphone. To be continued...
