We had a nice, pleasant drive home. The kids were great-we stopped for lunch and saw some people from our ward in AZ. The kids loved that! We had dinner at Chili's in Flagstaff and headed home. The traffic wasn't bad and we didn't see any wrecks. It was good to see our family and friends in UT. We had fun eating, shopping, cheering for the Cougars, going to the movies, taking photos, celebrating birthdays, working out and blogging. Our neighbors, the Parkers had a pizza dinner and friends over to their house so we could see everybody. Thanks! We were able to see the Creers, Bensons, Dahls, Browns, Osmonds, Codners and Goodsells. We stopped by my cousin Sam Beeson's house and had our copy of Santa's First Flight personally signed by Sam and the illustrator, Tom. The day after Christmas, his latest book, THE UNVALENTINE will be sold at Target, Barnes & Noble, Borders, Walmart, etc. Congrats Sam! I was able to preview a copy and it is a great book! Sarah had her tree up and lit and we had fun visiting with them.
Thanks again to Cory and Shannon for hosting us. It was a fun vacation. COLD, but fun. The kids are looking for entertainment today-- BUT I AIN'T SHASHI! Here in AZ it is just school, homework, chores, dinner, FHE, and BED. :) Ally got the bug that was going around and stayed home from school but is ready to go back tomorrow. Have a good week!

I am so glad you guys mad it home without any problem. That sucks for Ally but at least it wasn't in the car right Al? I will definitely have to read those books! How cool for him!
So fun to see some friends from AZ for the Drive home! WE are missing you guys, hope no one else gets sick. We are all healthy here now!
Thanks again for the Book, i love it!
Is that a picture of YOUR tree? I hope not, or I'll be intimidated by your holiday prowess.
I saw Sam's book at Barnes and Noble but it was like 18 bucks so I didn't buy it. I saw it on sale at Deseret Book, though.
Welcome home!
