from Cancun

We arrived in Cancun via a short layover in Houston last night. We had dinner at an Argentine steakhouse. Today we sat by the pool and walked down the beach. The water is warm and so so blue, like the perfect kool-aid blue, popsicle blue. I've seen it in photos, but when you see it in person it takes a minute to believe it. Hotel is great, food has been good, no real bloggable adventures (that's a good thing!) We haven't even left the backpack or lost a camera yet!

We're heading to a place called Xel-Ha for snorkeling, seeing ruins, etc. tomorrow all day. Should be fun.

Thanks to Grandma, Liz and Molly (Ally) for helping out with the kids.

Brig--Dad bought some sweet Vans to wear to the father/son skatboarding classes. That's a whole other post!!! (from Dad...I'm going to tear it up....drop in from the top.)

Todd. don't forget the marathon in March. I don't think you can train with broken bones.

How fun! Kevin and I did Cancun a couple years ago, when I was pregnant with our first baby. Xel-Ha was one of the highlights of the trip!

Sounds like fun! Shea can't even hear about it; he's too jealous. We went 2 1/2 years ago and loved it. Have fun!
