I've been trying to feed this blog for three days. Nothing big, fancy or special going on, just surviving with the 8 of us here at the ranch. We still swim everyday since it's over 100* .
We had a preparedness class at church last night and we went to Tempe Town Lake Park with M & D to see the 9/11 flag display. I also went to lunch with my friend Maddi at a place called Poppy's. It is a home dec. store with a restaurant inside (it's way cuter than the website looks). A little like Dear Lizzie in UT, but without so much pink. As soon as we get a permanent house, I'll go back and get serious. This trip was fluffy. Like the frosting on their big as your face sugar cookie.

I finally got Sophie another medicine for her eternal cold. Todd and Ally are having a hard time getting into a dr. It's hard to find a place to take new patients. One office could get us in next Tuesday, or tomorrow if we drove to Timbuktu.
One had appointments all day tomorrow 9-12 or 1:15-4. Great. I'll take 1:15. Yes, I'm a new patient.
Oh, actually we're booked, we can get you in on Monday. It's protocol. New patients have to come in on the hour.

I found Brigham's lunch sack sitting on the kitchen counter so I fretted all morning about getting it to him on time since he told me he was out of money too. When I got there, he was in the lunchroom. He said "ah, Mom, I left it there on purpose." I said, "next time, hide it better."

Hey make an appt. with Dr. Whiting for Monday and come hang out for the weekend! ;) it might be faster that way!
Hope so so gets better, weird that they have a little cold when it's still 100 degrees!
I just figured out how to comment. . I read all the blogs so I know what's going on with my children! Sounds like everyone is adjusting well. I miss you all so much. It's hard to see and hear what everyone is doing without Me!

I had a dream last night that I was helping cute little brigham run from all the girls chasing him. Ha. So what was he planning on eating??

I was at Poppy's on Wed. about 11:45! Got myself a chicken salad and a huge sugar cookie to go and almost got some candlesticks.(I'm a sucker for candlesticks.)
