We made it home! Todd did great with the kids. I was only mildly concerned when I called home and asked Brooke what they had for dinner and she replied "yogurt". Yogurt and what else? "well, we each got to choose two flavors."
For the first few hours after we were home, Chase kept saying, "I have a headache. It's too noisy!" I think he enjoyed me saying he could have whatever snack he wanted, whenever he wanted. That could be very expensive with some of my other children, but Chase doesn't ask for much. He enjoyed having full control of the TV, games, and movies, rides at the park schedule, eating schedule etc. I fully endorse the 12 year old trips-they are a good thing. On the way home we stopped at the outlet mall. It was a different experience for me, for sure. As I walked by Ann Taylor, BCBG, nine west, coach, I tried not to look in the windows. This was Chase trip. So instead we enjoyed Vans, Nike, Puma, Quicksilver and Adidas. I did sneak into the true religion store for 7 1/2 minutes before he knew what was happening. He had fun handing out the little things we picked out for everybody at home. He got a baby Minnie Mouse that is wrapped up in a blanket for Brynn and Sophie was all over that, kissing its nose, hugging it. I should have picked out 2 of the same.
At church they asked me to be the primary secretary. So I go in today and the pres. says to me, "The girl who had your calling was going to move, but now she's not, so she wants to keep her job."
Okay, whatever, we're not going to be here long.
"Will you be the 4-5 year old teacher?" So, that's what I am now. I've never been a primary teacher so it should be good. I just wish I had a child in that class. Todd is Ally's new Sunday school teacher.

Fun for Ally and Todd! Cam and Coop would be in your class. Just talk about Spiderman and princesses. You'll be great!
