We went biking this morning, and I officially stink. Like falling completely over and knocking my helmet on the ground from a standing still position. Like climbing up between rocks and leveling myself without unclipping my shoe kind of wrecks. At least I provide humor for the other riders. Free entertainment.

Clips suck! I still won't ride with them. Well, at least you can say you are red and blue for the 4th of July!
Jane, it sounds like we would make a good crash team... all my crashes are because I can't get my feet unclipped fast enough :)

Jane, blame it all on those blasted clips. I want a road bike without clips...I know I would be a freak, but a happy freak! Clips should be for "spinning" bikes only haha.
