My great helpers, Ally & Chase are off to camp this week! Chase is headed to BYU football camp as we speak, my good friend Colleen came and picked him up already. Ally is headed to girls' camp in the morning. I guess it's good I'll be home bound so I can get some quality packing checked off my list. We're showing the house, cleaners are coming, carpet guys to fix the carpet where it meets the new wood and the painter to paint around the baseboards where it meets the wood.
I feel a little claustrophobia with the move date approaching and so much to do, so many people to see. ahhhhhh.
One more thing, Todd made some excellent shredded pork last night. He seared the boneless chops with montreal seasoning and lemon pepper on the grill. Into the crock pot it went with vinegar & honey until you could shred it. Next he made a BBQ sauce with ketchup, (vinegar/honey broth), worchestershire, frank's red hot sauce and put the shredded meat back in with the sauce. We ate it with cream cheese on triscuts or on wheat bread but we're a little odd that way. It would be great on a real roll, we just didn't have any last night.

Sounds fun guys! Jill and Witney left to Girls camp today too, that would be sweet if they were at the same place! Heber? ;)
Do you actually have a move date? Will you be in Utah that second week of July? BYU camp sounds fun. Sorry to hear your helpers have left though.
