Sophie's favorite place to bee-line is to the top of the stairs. She
climbs up the wall there and slides her little toes of her right foot back and forth to the edge and makes a noise like, "uh, uh, uh, uh" until somebody comes to look at her. Then she opens and closes her little hand as if to say, "come here and help me go feet first down these stairs". Every time she does it, I come around the corner and tell her to remain calm, don't move, I'll do anything you want me to do just don't move a muscle! I walk slowly towards her so she doesn't think we're playing the chase game. When I reach her I realize I had been holding my breath. Little stinker. We practice the feet first on her tummy and the turn around up at the top but I think she sees the kids running up and down all day and wants to mimic that instead. Can't blame her.
And yes, i like my photos blurry and yellow.

Oh she is cute! Makes me nervous too just looking at the pictures, but what to do? I don't use the gates either. Has she fallen yet? That would be the worst.
