Tiny chunks of time.

Just sitting here thinking I'm very unproductive. It's hard to start a task like cleaning the fridge or bathrooms or vacuuming, knowing that in a few minutes you need to get somebody or take somebody or start dinner or check some homework. Tiny chunks of time.

Those aren't the important things though. How was school today? Do you need some attention? Can I quiz you on your spelling words? Do you want to read a book? Can I rock you for just a minute before you crawl away? Would you like to paint your nails? Would you like to play basketball or catch? Will you give your speech to me? How can I help you? What is your tamagotchi doing today? How was the bus? What are you doing at scouts tonight?

Those just take a few minutes each.

I will try those things.

I am thankful for tiny chunks of time.
