So I had that pesky sore throat all day. Finally went to the dr. when Ally came home and waited 2 hours at one spot, asked them how much longer and they said another hour. So I called another doc, headed over there and got in in about 10 minutes. And Yes, I have strep and a sinus infection/ear infection, fever, chills. And what's up with the dr.'s scale? It's like 10 lbs heavier than I was at home this morning. I could have told them what I had when I walked through the door. And, could they give out a bigger pill to a sore throat victim? We're talking fire here.

Todd out of town, six kids running around crazy without a mom on a school night. Looking forward to cleaning the house and doing homework and then trying to get them to bed. I'm not even going to begin to think about tomorrow or I'll be fighting depression as well. Piano lessons x 2, scouts, yw etc. Hang on, Janer.
Brynn has been whining all day and just informed me that she wet her pants...on the carpet we just had cleaned.
I think Ally is chucking from the sounds coming out of the bathroom. Figures, there's always somebody else to take care of when I'm sick.
Can I whine some more? No, it hurts too much.Somehow sitting here typing seems therapeutic as my house crumbles around me. Wishing you health and a good night's rest. Sophie just woke up from a 3 minute nap. Carry on. Jt
eta: Medicine is kicking in...Kids picked up the house and went to bed like little angels. Brynn has preschool tomorrow so Sophie and I can get a nap.
