Just in time. Best way to describe how I feel while he is away... swimming in the deep end of a pool with six bodies pulling me down. By day 3, I'm about to go under. I can do it though. I've had enough practice. Not complaining by any means. It is a small price to pay to have him home most of the time.
I just need a couple of hours by myself and I'll be back. I'll pencil it in.
Heather, thanks for the Parmesan roll recipe. Those are so good.
Magleby style rolls: rhodes rolls rolled in butter, grated Parmesan cheese and dried parsley flakes. Let raise and Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes or so on a greased pan (or silicone baking sheet). I've got a picture on the other computer, I'll add later.
= Y.u.M.
We've been enjoying the dream dinners: pork roast with hoisin sauce, mandarin lemon chicken, rice & salad, Asian chicken wraps.
Preparing for a snow storm. The hot cocoa machine is ready. I have a good book and will be by the fireplace, decompressing.
Night all.

yeah heather where did you get that idea?
Actually, my mom's been making them for as long as I can remember, but she's not at adventurous and gormet as Candace's yummy recipe! So, I make her easy version.
I used to make these all the time...but it's been years! Thanks for the reminder!!
