CALLING ALL RECIPES, FREEZING WEEK AHEAD

Brig and Ally home from school with colds today. They have been helping with Brynn so I've been trying to get ready for Luci and the gang. It's a lot of work having the house all picked up so they can clean! I've got 4 bags ready for the D. I. and 3 bags of trash so I must be accomplishing something.

I'm going to a low-fat cooking class tonight. They promise to make it taste good. I'll be the judge of that. I'll also post any recipes that I deem worthy to share. Does anybody in blog land have any good recipes? Being stuck inside for at least another week of below freezing weather begs for new recipes to try. Please post! I've got one for you...

MACADAMIA NUT CRUNCH
1/2 C. COCONUT
2 C RICE KRISPIES
3/4 C. CHOPPED MACADAMIA NUTS
21 OUNCES WHITE CHOCOLATE (2-10 1/2 OZ. BAGS)
Melt white chocolate slowly in microwave or in oven set on lowest temperature. Add rest of ingredients, stir and spread out thin on wax paper covered cookie sheet. Allow to set up, then break into bite-sized pieces.

Happy Thursday.
