Sorry about being "airborne" for so long. Todd was supposed to come home Friday, was late flying out of Vienna because of fog, got rerouted to London and was late into New York so had to stay over there until an early morning flight Saturday home. L-O-N-G W-E-E-K. After he took Brigham to the bike shop I ran the girls out for a little bit. He took me out Saturday night, a little Christmas shopping and dinner. I had this: Mango Tandoori Pizza.
Grilled Tandoori chicken, mango, mild onions, red peppers and Mozzarella cheese on a SPICY Golden Curry sauce. Topped with fresh cilantro and a sweet mango chili sauce. The crust tasted like Naan. Pretty good not coming from a real Indian restaurant. Thanks for the date. (needed that).
We woke up to about a foot of snow today. Todd was almost late for church he was out shoveling for so long. Brigham and Chase were helping him so it must have been quite the job. It is still snowing and there are a couple of inches out on the driveway again. It's just like laundry!
We're having a Dream dinner http://dreamdinners.com tonight, the red pepper herb butter steaks. We'll see how they are. We've liked them all so far. I might sign up in January, the meals look good for next month. And with all the de-cluttering I try to do in January, I'll need the help. Ally likes to help make dinner lately and the instructions on these are pretty easy to follow.
They put her in as class president again last Sunday. There are 20 (!) girls in that class.
Are you ready for Christmas??? We have a school Christmas concert (x 3), gingerbread houses for FHE, skiing, funeral (take a cake), neighbor gifts (order & deliver), preschool program, orthodontist appointment, class parties(bring candy for Mexican pinata), teacher gifts, Grandma Hansen party and Christmas Eve dinner (wonton salad) & cousin gift exchange this week.

Be careful with the Mexican pinata...the sister of one of my friend's from school almost got kicked out of NAU's dental hygiene program because she brought a dora pinata to the cinco de mayo celebration. They said she was being racist! The funny thing is that one of the lady's in my class works for ASU and said that they were talking about it in her office too! Crazy, people need to take a chill pill. it was probably the only pinata they had at the store.
