Ally cakes

First she wouldn't let me hold her unless she was looking out at the world. Then no holding at all. Next she was being Chase's second mom, then Brooklyn's etc. I was banned from doing her hair at age 6, picking out clothes for her at age 10. Today, the peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I was helping her out in her rush, carefully spreading the peanut butter to the four corners when I asked her to get out the jelly for me. She got it out but wouldn't hand it over. "I'm really picky about the jelly, Mom." Please, I know how you like it. Easy on the jelly. So we each spread a little on each piece of bread. Nice compromise. And so go the days of my life with a baby teenager in the house.

Brynn is at preschool, Sophia asleep. I'm getting a few things done, and catching up on reading.

Sarah, Those ginger snaps are deadly. We made them Sunday and then ate them for breakfast, lunch and if there were any left they would have been dinner too. So tasty. Thanks again.

So, I don't know Sarah, but I do. I read/stalk her blog about twice a week. I agree with the gingersnap praise. They are awesome--and even better the second day.
I love that you're forging the way for the rest of us with these teenagers! Keep track of the advice!

who ARE these people on your "favorite blogs" list?!? They are obviously more computer adept than I am or ever will be. And, where do they find the time to do all they do and then write a coherent and hilarious blog? Dude, I need serious help.
