A good recipe

Whole Wheat Pasta with Fresh Tomato, Mozzerella & Sausage

Boil some salted water for pasta. In another pan, saute crumbled Italian sausage, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1/2 small onion in olive oil until sausage is cooked. Start the pasta. Add 3 fresh chopped tomatoes and butter (tablespoon or so depending on how much pasta you are cooking. ) and cook sauce until bubbly. Salt and pepper as needed. Then add any freshly chopped herb that you like, basil or parsley or oregano to the sausage/tomato mixture. You could also add sliced olives here. When pasta is finished, cube 1 c. fresh mozzerella (The kind that usually comes in a ball or oval shape) and add it to the sauce. Immediately add the pasta to the sauce and stir to make sure all the noodles are coated.
Top with parmesan cheese.

Jason's Deli opened up here. Yum!
